Informal Adult Learning - Shaping The Way Ahead

The public consultation on informal adult learning ran from 13^th January to 12^th June 2008.  It has received 5,500 responses from individuals and organisations across the public, private, voluntary and self-organised sectors, kick starting a discussion that will pave the way towards a new informal adult learning strategy for the 21^st century. 

We are delighted by the level of interest in this kind of learning and want to work closely with partners and stakeholders over the coming months to develop a really effective national strategy.
