This consultation covers the terms and contents of the Unified Contract (Crime), which will replace the current General Criminal Contract (January 2008) on its expiry - expected in July 2008. Our intention is for the Unified Contract (Crime) to be a separate contract from the Unified Contract (Civil) but contain a similar set of Standard Terms.

Timeframe

This consultation started on 31st January 2008 and ended on 13th March 2008.
